Our moving staff will give you a Smile Card with
the names of the Art staffs, who are serving you, written on it. We would appreciate
it if you could fill out the questionnaire on the back of the card detailing
the good and bad points of the service you received and mail your opinions
back to us at your convenience. Every year we handle about 150,000 moves
and these Smile Cards give us a good idea of how well or how badly we are
doing our job. Moving staffs, who consistently recieve highly rating from
customers are prompted to the ranks of CS Manager or CS Purser. As you can
see, Smile Cards help us improve the services we offer and provide incentives
